    Believe it or not but that is great timing, (I'm harassing a few beaurecrats at the moment) is there a link to the story, I'm chatting to someone during the week and would like to reference the story in detail.

    Lads,

    You cannot name people that have been charged with an offence, and/or where the case is still sub judice. It's technical contempt of court.

    You cannot alude to details, events, times, places, etc that might identify them either. This is not a Boards.ie rule, but law. Meaning anyone found doing it will suffer more than any infraction/ban that might be issued here if the matter was investigated/reported by/to An Gardaí.


    Only when the case is over can it be discussed.

    Someone caught in Killarney lately aswell. A Kerry red stag out of season Back in february. It's rampant and not a lot being done about it.
