They seem to have a lot of events in the UK so maybe it's only the Irish division that's in trouble.

This is taken directly from the companies office filling for this company

    Auditor Name: ORMSBY & RHODES
    Auditor Address: Dublin
    Auditor Opinion
“In our opinion the financial statements give a true and fair view, in accordance with generally accepted. Accounting practice in Ireland, of the state of the company's affairs as at the 30 June 201 1 and of its loss for the year then ended and have been properly prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Acts 1963 to 2012. Without qualifying our opinion, we draw your attention to note 2 to the financial statements which indicates that the company incurred a loss of €660,284 durng the perod and had net liabilities of €1,047,266 at the balance sheet date. These conditions indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast signifc ant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.”

The above is an extract from the Auditor Report.

They are also late in filling their last set of accounts
