Fairly bang on I'd say. A woman I work with is being actively encouraged by our manager to gain experience in other departments. It's all part of his end game to get rid of her on to some other manager.

Think so ...and librarians also......any library I ever go into has shrivelled old prunes sitting behind the desk...who wont even check out your books as there is a self service desk..
