I used to put Walkerswood Jonkanoo on lots of stuff, you can't get it here anymore. Lovely in melted cheese on spaghetti.

I won't be trying it in a hurry. Although I had mushy peas with mint mixed in and it was ok. Not bad.

Salt and LASHINGS of Vinegar on chips
Heinz Ketchup on Sausages and Burgers ONLY
Helmans Real Mayonaise or REAL Mayonaise (that light shyte is just runny margarine)
Encona Hot Pepper Sauce - My hot sauce of choice
Vegemite - breakfast of the Titans
    Soy Sauce
English Mustard (none of that poncy honey wholegrain with a hint of guiness/whiskey in a funny shaped jar)
Mint Sauce (never mint jelly, when I want jam on my lamb I'll use whatever jam is handy)
    Real home made gravy

Its kind of a relish type dealy, but made with good oul bacon.

The butcher who owns it is a good family friend and brings jars of it round every week.

Needs to be tried to be really appreciated ;)

I'm also rocking the Sweet Chilli sauce. At the moment I have some Yeo's, from the Asia Market.
    Runner-up: Piri-Piri Mayonnaise.

Heinz 57 Sauce - it's zingy with a hint of curry & great with chicken or fries.

I've heard it's available in Ireland, but haven't seen it myself.
