    Hi all,

I have been 'following' weight watchers but not putting any of it into effect for the past 6months to a year!

I need a big kick up the arse am wondering the pros and cons of both above as maybe I just need a change.

I would love to hear of yer opinions.

I don't know anything about Unislim but I felt like that a few weeks ago.
For me what worked was, even though I was still going to meetings, I had effectively thrown WW out the window. I was eating huge amounts of junk and somehow managed to stay in and around the same weight. 2 weeks ago something clicked in my head and I knew I could make this work. It was a mixture of my clothes not fitting me and I could feel the scales creeping back up to the 14's. I rejoined a new class that has an excellent leader and I'm now in a good frame of mind.

This isn't me being pro-WW. I'm trying to explain that weight loss is not an easy thing to accomplish and that it doesn't matter if you follow paleo diet, WW, Unislim, it is about finding what works for you and what you feel comfortable with. Most people on this forum will direct you to the stickies or a paleo site or another diet but being honest if you're not putting in the effort with Weight Watchers then you probably won't do it with Unislim or any other plan. Its about your own frame of mind and if you're not willing to do it then it really doesn't matter which programme or eating plan you follow. I hope you find a plan that works for you.

Hey i tried weight watchers 2 times and failed at it both, was not for me as i was finding the whole points thing silly and un realistic like u cant live ur life counting points everywhere u go and this was frustrating me u know . going out with friends sweet and sour chicken nd rice how i suppose know how count that i felt stupid all time so left it

i joined unislim not long ago this yr and loved it dont go by points and makes more sense it realistic to lost half stone in a month if stuck at it better cud lost more but i was finding hard adjust. only thing have weigh out is carbs so morning 30g any carb lunch nd dinner 60g carb nd they encourage u to switch all wholemeal nd wholegrain foods. after that fruit nd veggies all free, nd ceratain pasta sauces free nd dressings. lovely recipes, amazing support at the meetings and they get know u as a person i thought rather that weight watchers felt they all about the money . its very easy to stick to and nothing if offf limits, . u have 2 yums a day and their ur treats listed at back books and u can earn more yums urself if want big treat at weekend nd it lists out the exercise in book and amount yums for each one and how long doing it.

if u want know anything let me know or private mail me . so far its the best thing i joined and realistic, when i go out with mates now i know that all fruit nd veg free and if i get wholegrain and have bagel that is my 60g for lunch done and top up salad nd things like that. u know .
