    I prefer the Sith code
Peace is a lie, there is only passion.
    Through passion, I gain strength.
    Through strength, I gain power.
    Through power, I gain victory.'
Through victory, my chains are broken.
    The Force shall free me.

I used to leaf through the old testament and find some random nonsense like how to treat mildew and put a dog ear on it. That or the story of Lot was a favorite one.

Roman Catholics aren't meant to use them as the Gideons are a sect onto themselves.

They're so small, how is anyone meant to find the space to highlight the inaccuracies and inconsistencies in them?

You should see the pocket editions they distribute in schools.
They get invited in give one to all the students talk about how the 'word of the Lord' can help teens and show of the marked passages and then the teachers tell the kids to keep them in their bags.
