I think I'd like to give this a go. Start date of 18th February, end date 13th May, just in time for Summer :D

I'll have a proper read of that other thread later on.

I'd take part. Not exactly sure what I have to do so will look into thread more. Do we have to record all exercise etc?

Right so, I think this is a great idea. I have opened a thread here with the rules:

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056878236

Once we get the date locked down I will re open that thread and we will be.

I've added a pole to this thread. The thread can also be used for general discussion until we kick off.

    Thoughts?

Great idea although have a stag and wedding in March and April respectively. Could derail the whole process but will be buying in for the process.
Got a bit scared by the last one though. Chipper only once a fortnight..... i could waste away here

Hmm tempted! Also liking 8 weeks instead of 12 .. easier to motivate yourself for 8.

I am thinking about doing this but I currently have a broken leg, as soon as I am out of my cast I want to get fit and build up my leg again, hopefully further than get back to where I was. Depending on when this starts and when Im out of my cast I will do it.

I think eight weeks is a better timeframe than twelve as well. Next poll for that as most people seems ready to go on Monday?

Looking fwd to this now, 8 week challengee will end 3 weeks before my holidays.
I eat a paleo diet so the challenge for me will be the exercise and increasing that from 3-4 to 5 times a week.
