    Yeah and you have to bend over when you get to the counter , my branch have sand mixed in with the Vaseline

    i refuse to set foot in hm after last time i had to get something there and was fleeced,i let them know too,not that they gave a toss

    For Health & Safety reasons all their staff members have been issued with sterilised rubber disposable gloves.
    Also strange & God fearing when you walk in to see all staff wearing blue rubber gloves!
    I was even asked if I would like a drink before they start.... I kindly refused, slowly backed up to the wall and made a quiet but distinct exit.
