Alternative uses of cult property after the awakening?

Alternative uses of cult property after the awakening?

Currently the dying Oriental mystery cults control a great deal of property
    throughout the world.
In the near future the awakening will occur.
An event when Atheism, education, science, logic and rationality reaches a critical mass of the humanoid population and these cults collapse rapidly into a morbid dying heap.

    Question
What alternative use can the emerging enlightened society of free people
put the property of these cults to, The so called churches, mosques, temples et al?

I would suggest centers for environmental education and activism
In order to safeguard Mother earth

    Earth-labs

Disused churches tend to make good theatres and performance spaces, there are a number of theatres around Ireland that used to be churches.

This makes sense as churches were basically theatres in the first place.

if it is a society of free people then whoever owns the property will most likely do whatever they think will make them the most money

    apartments probably

Whatever the owners of said property wants to do with them, unless you favour forced restitution on behalf of [insert atheist cult here].

Whats "The Awakening"? The atheist version or the second coming?

The Awakening is the theoretical emergence of a 99% Atheist society through Rational means. Since the capabilities of such rationality would be difficult for an unaided human mind to comprehend, the Awakening is seen as an occurrence beyond which events cannot be predicted.
Proponents of the Awakening typically state that an "Atheist explosion", where logic designs successive generations of increasingly powerful minds, might occur very quickly and might not stop until the Atheist's cognitive abilities greatly surpass that of any god.

So the "awakening" is a crock of pseudo scientific crap then.

Just imagine, Temples to mother-earth(earth labs) in every community where
awakened enlightened free humanoid volunteers come together to engage in environmental education and activism and worship environmental scientific atheism in order to establish a sustainable environmental for man and nature on the Earth planet.

    This is the future.

Do you take atheists for fools in the same way churches take their followers for fools?

In Cavan there was a great fire / Judge McCarthy was sent to inquire / It would be a shame / If the nuns were to blame / So it had to be caused by a wire.

    F*ckin' hell.

I was once asked to judge a school choral singing competition. Of course, I obliged, being a nice kinda guy. It was only on the night, when I looked at the programme, when I realised that each class were going to perform the same song. Country Roads by John Denver.

    There were fifteen classes.

The deepest sulphurous pit of Beelzebub can hold no such torment, unless Denver himself be one of the Seven Princes of Hell.

Why are you deifying (an anthropomorphication of) the planet? That's not very atheist of you.

    worship environmental scientific atheism? Worship?????

And why do you insist on calling things 'humanoid'? Do you expect us to 'uplift' other great apes, or invent AI and restrict them to humanoid shapes?

I'm deeply confused by your posts. Why do you think this way? Why?

You have made 35 posts in the last week (does no one know Boards.ie has a search function) which included such over the top klangers as

"As far as I can see, athiests have no interest in civil liberties what so ever unless it has to do with religion, then of course all bets are off."

    and

"For whatever reason most Irish Atheists hate the US, yet complain bitterly about the lack of a secular Irish state"

And this in the space of just one week. So yeah, stop complaining your hysterical style of posting is being satirised.

Ah, indeed. Yet it transcends mere orientation. To paraphrase Nietzsche, its beyond gay or straight. It just is. Except for the Cadbury's Flake. I've always found the Flake to be a little self-consciously camp, but this no doubt says more about me than the flake...
