Schneider Weisse Tap 6 & 7 are my go to German beers. They're excellent!

If you're manly enough try the Karlsberg Ur-Pils - you probably have to travel to Saarland for this.
And while you're there, make sure you try some of the other local beers too, for instance a Zwickel, brewed by Bruch Bier, or Stiefelbraeu.
There are Bock and Doppelbock versions of those as well, around May.
