Ah it's not though.. I was playing for a few hours on podagorsk there which is way more pvp focused. Got about 9 kills overall. Took out two 3 man squads by myself. Still gets my heart racing!

That being said if you find day zero boring aren't going to find the standalone boring when it comes out? Loot wise?

haha True I suppose, I dunno just found it boring every time I played. I miss my MSR

Running around with an axe for a couple of hours isn't exactly exciting!

any one got any tip for shooting from a hill down with a sniper rifal because I'm getting a lot of miss's I don't really understand how to take elevation and drop into account? Like any tips?

Ive got a tip, don't f*cking camp on sniper hill over elektro/cherno.

OMG hell no. Anything north of pusta is fair game in my books!

But I just want to improve ,my aim dmr's on my server have no range indication so swoop to a different gun? but taking alivation and drop into a count isnt easy.

I don't know how to use the milidots on the DMR because I've never bothered to learn but there are tutorials on youtube. I prefer a gun with zeroing tbh. Even if you don't have a rangefinder you can use your map to get a rough estimate of the distance. I'm not sure how much of an effect elevation has or how much you should adjust zeroing to compensate for it. Maybe somebody who knows more about how arma 2 works could help.

Most people are on Overwatch (Chernarus) or DayZero Podagorsk, but you have to be whitelisted for DayZero. I've taken a break from Arma 2 since Arma 3 is out but my internet has also gone aswell so nothing to play on bloody mice at the wires
