KFC on the way for Navan

It's not that people didn't want it, it's that they wanted it put somewhere else in the town. The car park they wanted to build on is essential to the businesses on Brews Hill as well as Trimgate St and putting KFC out at the retail park seemed to make infinitely more sense as not only would it draw trade out to the park but it would have better parking availability.

As for your opinion on people not wanting to improve anything, the amount of improved lighting, walkways and the new park on the Winetown Road in the past few years kind of shows they're not averse to improvement.

It's madness! I was in that Retail park yesterday and the amount of empty car spaces is scandalous. What were they thinking when they originally built it?
It would be perfect for a cinema
