Which are the Best Types of Water to Drink?

I drink a lot of tap water but am only now becoming aware of the different types of water: distilled water, de-ionised water, mineral water, spring water, reverse-osmosis etc. it’s quite confusing. I drink several litres of tap water a day. From googling the topic (which produces wildly different results) too much chlorine…
