I was thinking of starting to drink about 2 litres of milk per day to assist in my calorie and protein intake. If I was consuming 2 litres of whole milk that would be about 1800 calories, which is handy, since I'm aiming for 3000 calories per day. I'm on a bulk at the moment, and trying to up my muscle size. Also, I'm 16, 6ft 3 and 12 stone.

    1l of milk is 640kcal x 2 = 1280kcal, not 1800kcal.

1 litre of milk has about 40g i think. x2 = 80g protein, which is very handy.
