    Hi Folks,

I'm looking for decent scope for a semi auto ruger .22, I already have a bolt action and it has a BSA scope on it. It does the job, but I am looking for something that has a mil dot and roughly priced around the 200 quid mark.

    Any thoughts??

Is the cross hair on your scope a bit thick??
For what ever reason on my scope in order to make the rifle shoot accurately I have it maxed out to the right.

Sounds like the scope is mounted off to one side, and you are using all your windage adjustment to get zero.

Checking the rings for proper alignment, base/bases for same, or if needs be shimming the rings will fix this.
