Oooo, I want to win a Provari!

...so the juice isn't deliberately marked on the ESI site, we just guess which one, based on the 'clue' in the body of the santa letter, right?

It's a great forum. Wall-to-wall funny, but probably not for the religiously queasy.

i always felt vaguely insulted when all those competitions and stuff you see online and on tv have such ridiculously easy questions "what colour is an orange" and the like

I guess now I know why they do

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,484 ✭✭✭Elbow

Thank feck I didn't go with plan A and make ye guess what the juice was (without any hints!)

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,026 ✭✭✭grindle

I wanted to tell no-one, but Elbow spilled those exact same beans all over the super-elite and secret Facebook group, so it's only fair that boardsies get a chance too.
But I think I was first to answer (was I, Elbow?).
So even if I don't win, you all know I really did. :D

Aye same here, I was almost delighted when I was stumped at first, it's not often I take it upon myself to download an entire website and then grep the contents of the folder for competition winning keywords, (still couldn't find it!).

Did you not search the word "winner"?

So good in fact that he was the first correct entry (within 5 minutes of me announcing it!)

I'm not going to mention the user name of the first incorrect entry that beat him by 3 minutes though!

Do!!!! On the 15th. Of course.

    PUBLIC SHAMING!

And also, despite this being pure pot-luck timing...

    I WON!!!

    Suck eggs, losers!

Oh.... my..... god! That is some scary s**t! How the hell did you find that?!?

Most scary bit "This whole "dyslexia" thing is just yet another lie created by scientists in order to turn our children away from the Word of God. They know that if they brainwash our children and make them believe that they can't read, they will not be able to read the Holy Scriptures. As we all know, not reading the Bible will only result in barbarism and anarchism. Our children will become lazy and disrespectful to their elders, they might even end up rebelling against- and murdering their families. The Bible forbids laziness and our children should not be allowed to get away with such behavior."

Don't worry, it's a satirical website that plays on Poe's Law and shows the parts of the Bible that people who haven't read it (vast majority of Christians) don't know about or want to ignore.
Without a winking smiley or other blatant display of humor, it is impossible to create a parody of fundamentalism that someone won't mistake for the real thing
Quite funny as they sometimes get genuine bigoted Christians signing up and they troll the shît out of them.

    Talk about off-topic!

So, there was this competition, you missed it, I won, don't try to enter or anything, cos I won cos I was first*. Yay!

    *may not have won.

I managed to find the answer by searching on boards if that's any help...

Edit: But I knew from the hint how to be sure I had the right one on the e-smoke website (if that makes any sense)

It could be a technical issue as I only see one review and one place holder for T-Juice.

"To enter our massive Christmas comp you've got to find the mystery juice on e-smokeireland.eu"

Ok now my head is a mess, one statement suggests I find it in your review's and the last statement directs me to e-smokeireland.

You only have two reviews and none of the juices are available in e-smokeireland and esmoke does not have reviews.

The comp will be closing this evening @ 6pm, all correct entries will be given a number and the winning number will be choosen at random by random.org :)

Should be home from work around 7 so expect the winners to be announced at 8(ish)

Anyone that hasn't entered do so now!

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,484 ✭✭✭Elbow

Thats it folks the competition is now closed!

    Correct answer was "Guevara Reserve"

And the obvious clue is in this pic which was on the Guevara Reserve page on e-smokeireland's site :)

Winners will be announced in 15 minutes!
