    Go to bed between 1am and 2am, get up at 5am. Cept on the weekends.

    My getting up and goig o bed time varies too much to say
    I go to bed around midnight and get up around midday.

    I do either
    I go to bed around 8 and am up by 1, unless I'm working in which case I get up at 25 and go to bed at 3. On weekends I go to bed at 6 and am up without fail by 13 or 14. That routine keeps me well rested.

    I am a student
    I'm up no later than 8 during the week and go to bed anywhere between 1 and 3am. I get up early on the weekends too, regardless of how late I go to bed. The alarm clock in my head won't let me lie on, but I don't mind it so much. Lying in bed all morning is wasting the day away to me.

    Up at 7am seven days a week and go to verdant time between 11 and 12 midnight.

    What does "I do either" mean?

    Up at 5:45 and usually in bed after 12:30 am, and sleep then depends on how baadly the wife is snoring.

    Right. I had to get up in the morning at ten o'clock at night, half an hour before I went to bed, eat a lump of cold poison, work twenty-nine hours a day down mill, and pay mill owner for permission to come to work, and when we got home, our Dad would kill us, and dance about on our graves singing "Hallelujah."

    At the minute I'm going to bed between 11:30 and 12:30 and getting up around 9am or so. I find that if I go to bed around that time I wake up refreshed and ready for the day after 8 or so hours but if I go to bed later on I end up sleeping for a lot longer. Often sleep for 10-12 hours and still wake up tired.

    I work
    Student. Usually get to bed 4ish (chose 5 as there was no option for 4) then up at 9, on days when I've lectures. Other times, bed at 6am, up at 4pm. God being a student's great.

    6 AM
    I used to have to get up at 5 drive about 2 hours to work and then finish around about 6/7 drive the same home again ...

    These days I still head in very early but I head home about 4 much better!!
