Time travel is possable, my self on Saturday 17th November at 11pm set my alarm on my phone to go off at exactly 6am on Sunday 18th November , I closed my eyes and in a matter of no time at all the dam alarm went off. I felt like I had no sleep at all.

I checked around me to see if there were tyre tracks of fire but all I could see was skid marks in my underpants

You'd create an alternate reality where your younger self was dead. If you stayed in this reality, then you'd also have disappeared in your original reality.

That's the standard time travel conundrum.

You cannot go back to change something specific because once you change it you have no reason to go back.

However you can go back and change something at random. Because you are going back with no specific intent you will keep going back regardless of what you change

You are only you in the present. Going back in time and killing the you you were then has no effect at all on the you you are now.

That's the brunt of an alternate reality scenario then. There's nothing to say that the original reality stops because you are removed from it. That would be a bit much. If you can go as far as considering that then there is little assumption in an alternate reality continuing whatever change our changes are made.
