Won't last long. There'll be multiple purchases made around the country at that price.

Good brand, I bought a similar set not so long ago. Nose trimmer is pretty much useless, battery powered hair/beard trimmer isn't great. I don't know about the hair clipper as one didn't come in the set I bought.

From my experience, you'd be better off spending the €18 on a hair clipper alone if you don't need the other bits.

Ah right,I reserved mine via my mobile phone about 30 minutes ago,so I supposesd I will get the confirmation text sometime before teatime??

I was expecting a really fast text ,like you get when ring 11-8-11.

How does this compare to the similarly-priced Aldi kit from last August which included a shaver?

Using the same catalogue number or the title, search on Argos.co.uk and you'll see the user reviews.

I got this clipper a month or so ago to do my own hair, it's great.

should add I haven't tried any of the guides that came with it just the naked clippers

Is this set meant to come with a guide comb set for the mini trimmer? It mentions a 6 setting guide comb in the manual but nothing like that came in the box.

Right.never got a text through to my mobile from Argos.

Went to Argos in Omni and showed them that I had rang the Argos number on my mobile.

They told me that I should have got a reserve number and text to my mobile.

I said I never got either.

So Ive come back home empty handed.:(

Can anyone help me out here please???

Does anyone have a reserve that they now dont need???

Anywhere in Dublin would be great.

    Thanks.

Have you checked the Argos website? I'm sure you have. They show at least five available in one store within Co. Dublin.

There's a discrepancy between that Checkargos site and the Argos website. argos says there are 5+ in LiffeyValley yet checkargos says there is 1.
