I have noticed how many people file their nails on public transport over the last few years. I happen to find this disgusting!
Do you agree or think this is acceptable behaviour?

Filing is ok, clipping is not.

I don't care. Filing is fairly harmless.

As long as it's not their toenails I don't mind.

I've lost count of the amount of times I've found toenail clippings in the back seat.

Why don't yous do a jobby in there while you're at it?:mad:

Some nutcase took out a battery powered shaver in the bus beside me one day and proceeded to get rid of his 5 o clock shadow.

I got out before he started licking the bus windows.

Licking your eyebrows is still alright though?

It's better than women applying make up or fellas trying to rip out a nose hair while driving.

I think its one of the most unclassy thing a woman can do, doing her makeup on public transport.

Then when they start taking out the frickin nail varnish or perfume.

Public transport wise it would not bother me, well maybe the perfume application, especially if it smells like pot pourri .

But driving, thats a no no!

I saw a woman changing tights on a DART once.

Rip out? Not my nasal roots, any attempt on my part would quickly result in loss of consciousness, followed by an appointment with the nearest tree.

The film with Leonardo Di Caprio released in 2004?

Cleaning your knob cheese with a wet wipe is a silent task.
Why would anyone get upset about that?

I've experienced women putting nail vanish on while on a Dublin Bus. Smell was awful

A woman beside me on the bus the other day spent about 5 mins picking at a spot. I wanted to vomit.

If you have to travel on a peasant chariot then you should expect these sort of things. Get a car and stop traveling like the homeless.

I never understood how people can't possibly wait till they get home to clip their toenails. It's not like they suddenly appear.

On the train to Dublin, a woman got on and sat opposite to me. She proceeded to clip her fingernails and give herself a full manicure. I was disgusted.

It boggles my mind that people are surprised that someone who has stooped low enough to use public transport would draw the line at nail clipping.

Cheaper than driving. €20 return Galway - Dublin. Do that once every two weeks. Driving is €1200 for insurance, €43.87 (according to google) for the petrol, whatever on tax NCT, actually BUYING a vehicle...I'll stick to public transport.

If you choose to share a vehicle with 60 other unwashed vagabonds then don't complain when they play to their stereotype.

I am of course joking, I drive a cab and women put makeup on all the time, I wait until they are putting on lipstick then jab the breaks;-) the worst is when they spray perfume!!! In a bloody car ffs. I put all windows down and they then complain their hair is getting wreaked lol. I really don't mind them doing some things but no nail polish, or filing clipping etc.

GROOMING here in the UK has a different meaning.

Usually undertaken by Muslim men upon White underage girls.
