    Some very localised lightning strikes coming from Connemara, its not forked but all 3 have been from the same point on the compass (180), and not wide sheet lightning that we often get high-up in the sky. Does this make sense?!

    Indeed it does, there's a narrow but heavy shower over Connemara at the moment. Heading in the general direction of the city but it'll probably lose its intensity quickly as it moves inland

    Yep, I'm at the base of Delgany hill and can see on my skylight that they were recently snowflakes. Nice to see so early, and in greystones

    SW Donegal, Im not far from the coast.
    Finner is 2c at the moment.
