Just got taxed until 12/12, insured until 11/13 and NCT is until 06/14 - think I will even pay the full years tax when it's due - a first for everything ;)

if he would shut up at least for 5 seconds, then her voice would be awesome Fap material in this video...

Funnily enough, if you have no german(?) what so ever and play it without watching the video, you'd nearly swear it's a porno :pac:

WHY is it every time I look at Honest John videos, and then start reading the articles I read them in a Honest John voice track in my head.

A dash cam video from Saturday morning. It was the first proper icy morning we'd had up my way anyway. Main road was fine until a section of the N2 just outside Ardee.

The whole section of road was full of black ice...with 3 crashed cars within the space of a couple of hundred meters:eek:

A black 307 in the field on its roof(at the extreme left of the video at 0:49), A white Peugeot/citroen van in the ditch in front of the ambulance and the Fiat 500 sitting in the middle of the road.

    Go handy out there....

Jesus, that's some mess. It's all ahead of me. :/

On a lighter note, I've burnt my way through a fair bit of fuel today. :D

I doubt very much that the go safe operators tested the road for ice before they parked there.

Maybe they couldn't get enough traction to leave the end of the restricted zone a few feet away ;)

Lads, someone finally figured out what's wrong with the Irish driving test. It doesn't assess any emergency handbrake stops. :pac:

    I lol'd

Speaking of camera vans, there used to (rarely there now a days) be one on the side of the Dublin to Sligo road, I think its the N4, and also a space made for the gards to park for checkpoints (might also be used for checking speed well) I presume. But I think the most effective thing that was done on the road was, where they put up white crosses at each point on the road where people lost their lives in car accidents. I really does make you think when your diving along and see these white crosses. Very sad though.

Most effective thing I've spotted was in Wexford a few years ago where some painted 'GARY' with a big arrow on the road just before you came into range of a regular speed check.

Crawling on broken glass with acid poured over it is preferable to a micra ;)

Except for one of us who shot a guy in a certain place just to watch him die.

Passenger headlight has developed condensation/moisture inside.Bad enough that my xenon flickers off after about 30 seconds. It would be today I only notice this as I'm back on nights now and won't see enough sunlight to attempt to fix it til next week.

Front bumper will have to come off for me to access the bulbs and hopefully dry out the headlight to sort it.As long I don't require a new headlight/ballast I'll be happy. :)
