Decat and quicker spool turbo = super fun happy times, along with backfire on gear change. :D

That post made me smile :)

Should be able to afford the remap in about two weeks, really excited about it.
The car is quick enough anyway, relatively speaking, so I'm interested to see if there's a big difference.
Mechanic still hasn't finished the cold air intake tho so may get back onto him.

Oh and does anyone know much about diverter valves? I can't decide whether to get the revision d or g before the remap?

On an unrelated note, I ordered white led interior lights kit today.
From what I've seen they look really good.
Going to order mtec super white bulbs this week too.

And is there any kits I can buy to tighten up the suspension? Would polybushes do that kinda job?

Sorry for rambling on there lol! :p

Hmm, the car seems water tight, no damp carpets or seats but it could be worth looking into.
Are there wires around the drives door? If anywhere that's where it's leaking.

Haha. I wish. Twas a lean couple of months saving for it. Not risking buying anything less than a years worth though, not with the budget looming soon anyway!

    Not Your Ornery Onager

Motor tax went up in the last budget; can't see it going up again this time.... or if it does, it will be a small increase.

Having said that, they can increase the CO2 rates all they like! :)

I think it's more than wishful thinking to think that it won't go up across the board. CO2 related taxes will probably go up more, for sure. But I can't see them leaving the CC based brackets alone altogether.

must admit, last month when that silly woman reversed into my car and she was caught, i was quite relieved.

came down to my car yesterday, same parking space, someone had reversed into it again. rear of the car this time as i had driven into my parking space rather than reversing in.

    FFFFFUUUUU.jpg

i wouldnt mind if i was parking in a **** place, but there is literally 8-ish meters between the row i park in and the row behind it. there is a biiiig gap.

just a graize in the paint, no misalignment or anything.

second hand rear bumper is 30-50 i'd say so i'l most likely buy a bumper and fit it myself.

I just might, i'll take a look at it next week and if its not an import and providing its upto scratch it might be the one.
(and by import I mean): when cars come in from Germany they dont have the km info displayed on the paper work so the majority of older cars imported are clocked.. Any to make things easier for the conmen clocking a car is NOT ILLEGAL here.
