hey all, im just wondering from an explosive, (i.e. triple extension), point of view, which is a better excercise, or am i nitpicking, the box jump at bw for maximal height?? or a seated weighted box jump?

also with regards the swbj, max weight min height, or weighted for maximal height??

again i may be nitpicking should i just stfu and jump??
