How many acres do you have permission on?

    I was thinking today about how many acres I'm allowed to hunt on and have over 800 acres within a 15 minute walk, over 5000 within a half an hour drive and I'd have no bother getting another 10000 acres through my fathers tillage buddies. So let's call it 6000 acres that could go off and lamp now if I wanted.

    How many acres would you have to hunt on and how would ye go about acquiring permission? Relations of mine own most of the ground and the rest are from drawing silage for the last 4 years.

    Would a mod please add a poll, I would do it only I have no idea of what kind of figures to put in.

    I could see this turning into a "how big your lad is thread"
    Who cares how much land someone has?
    You can only be one place at a time.


    I could have 100 acres and have better and a lot more shooting then a lad with 100,000 acres. Who knows? Who cares? As long as you maintain your land and shooting it with proper management is all that matters.
