You see that is a nonsense do all the tic fans talking about them go to more (if) than a handful of attendances. There are many reasons why people can't go on a regular basis

Just as it's nonsense to post pics showing how many seats/empty seats are in the ground during a game. Every picture tells a story, and maybe on that particular day there were numerous reasons why people couldn't attend.

I'll personally be surprised to see more than 20,000 there tonight. A combination of poor weather, shortage of money and people saving to go to Barcelona, Lisbon and Moscow among the factors.

Look I said earlier I couldn't care less about your attendances and I haven't made any comments about them as such. To the point I didn't even realise you lot were playing tonight but you know as well as I do when attendances are so low especially on a Saturday then it will cause people to comment the same would happen if it was the other way round

For any of the 'bears' talking about Celtic attendances, why not come back to us when you start going to more (if) than a handful of games a season.

What a lot of ****e. Somebody is less of a fan (your quotation marks suggest this) or can't make a comment because they only go to a handful of games? Especially in BBE's case, when it's health reasons that stop him going.

how was lubo supposed to know of an anonymous persons health reasons... some people are super tetchy today

The health reasons matter not a jot by Lubo's reckoning anyone who doesn't go to more than a handful of games has no opinion. So that will count lots out on both sides.
Oh and I do get to more than a handful and all being well after Christmas if I have recovered from my hip operation I will get to many more

Simple Fact - celtics avergae attendance has dropped this season while Rangers' has grown.
There are numerous factors for this, i agree - however it's plain to see.

I never said he was, but he made a dig and I gave a simple example of how he is wrong.

I'm not tetchy in the slightest :)

Considering the club that is currently playing their home matches in Ibrox didn't exist last season, is it not a little disingenuous to suggest the attendance's have grown?? :D

Of course your attendances have grown from last year... your club didn't exist last year!

    Hardly "saved it".
Made a cheeky comment in reference to banners not being a "big deal", would be more like it.

I tried giving this place a couple of weeks without really posting, it seems i;d do well to give it another while tbh.

Fcuk me, have you read the latest Green statement... this is just comedy gold stuff. Surely there are lawyers who are employed by Rangers? If there are, they need to vet his statements as they are comical

Well I would be surprised if the clubs lawyers haven't looked at it. And I am sure we will find out in due course if he is correct in whats been said.
I am happy to wait and find out before jumping to any conclusions

Oooooh Green is talking about whether or not 'Rangers' exist. Time to label him as obsessed now?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,221 ✭✭✭bobbysands81

I wonder why Green doesn't challenge all this in court if he's sure he's right? It would be worth millions to him.

Maybe he finds it easier shouting the odds from the sideline rather than backing it up with evidence in court.

He's a snake oil salesman and, yet again, you guys are falling for it. It's going to end in tears.

Ah but you're just duper sensitive to anything I say
Because I said you hide when it suits you. Tell me where I mentioned health.

where did I say you mentioned health? You were making digs about us having an opinion when we start attending more than a handful of games, I was making a point in reply about reasons people can't.

I don't hide, I posted four times during your childish bull**** the other night. If not engaging in your immature nonsense is hiding, then I'm guilty.

Can we have less of the low level trolling, flaming and WUM that goes on here please?

That goes for EVERYONE on the thread.

We will be handing out cards if it continues.

No problem. What is WUM though??

We all like a bit of banter in fairness, and as long as we give it we better be able to take it. To some the Rangers as we know it are dead, to some they are still alive and kicking. It's an ongoing saga at present, and with comments from Charlie Green, Nimmo Smith, SFA/SPL/SFL/LOL then shouldn't it be up for discussion in here??

ps, if, and I know it's a very big IF, The Rangers lose to Motherwell tonight, am I not allowed to come in here and laugh?

There's dicussion and there is being wind up merchants, it's clear the few that are at it in this thread.

If you lose tonight then you better believe i'll wind you up, just as if we lost last night yous would do the same.

Discussion, if you lose tonight, should McCoist resign or be sacked or stay on??

No, I couldn't give a flying **** what Celtic results are to be honest, you lost to St.Johnstone last week, did I wind you up then? No, because Celtic are unimportant to me at the minute, I still take part in the odd debate in your thread because of my interest in Scottish football etc, but I really am not fussed if you lose a game.

Tonight? I don't expect a win to be honest, the majority of fans don't expect a win so I don't think he should be sacked after tonight. What I expect is us to make a good account of ourselves, and battle hard. The next three away games in the league will be a big factor in him staying.

In saying that, if he fails to beat Forres Mechanics on Saturday in the Scottish Cup he should resign, but I don't believe it'll come to that.

Some bookies have us as favourites for tonight? What planet are they on.

Reports that Sevco are giving out free tickets for their match tonight, anyone know if there's any truth in this???

It is nonsense they are not allowed to do this under SFA/SFL rules its a cup game these things would have to be agreed to by Motherwell

Rangers, are not giving away free tickets. I don't think Motherwell would be too happy, and it's against SFA/SFL rules when there is a split gate.

    WUM - Wind Up Merchant

All discussion is welcome but when it adds nothing to the thread but to wind others up then its against the charter and will result in cards.

In short no, it can be seen as trolling if you come in here and just LOL.

Not picking you out, it goes for everyone in the thread and across the forum as a whole.

Banter is all well and good but think if the roles had been reversed and Celtic had gone through the same over the last few months would ya want the Rangers fans coming in adding nothing but trolling and flaming your thread?

Just play nice everyone and it will be a lovely place to post. :pac:
