Arsenal Under-21s v Reading: Shea, Sagna, Hajrovic, Miquel, Santos, Eisfeld, Coquelin, Wilshere, Frimpong, Gnabry, Akpom.

Final score 2-0 Gnarby & Akpom with the goals. See https://twitter.com/ArsenalLive

That is one serious line-up for an u-21 team. Can you imagine being in the opposition dressing room and seeing it before the game :pac:

We could have a English and Germany spin in a few years. Mertesacker, Gnarby, Eisfield, Jack, Podolski. Maybe even Frimpong.

Apparently Arsenal have signed Max Clayton from Crewe.
He's an 18 year old striker as far as I know and a very good prospect.

The "new Michael Owen" ??? I hate that sh1t.
Why can't he be the original - himself.? He is apparently very promising though.

Speaking of Arsenal 'next big thing' strikers, Francis Jeffers is off to Malta:

Injured right at the end of the session in a collision with Ribery :(

But at least he was upright...

Panic over - if anyone apart from me and iMuse were panicking - he's not injured and is expected to be fit to face Japan on Friday.

So long as he is Michael Owen as in the young man who scored peach in the 98 world cup opposed to the Michael Owen who was washed up not so long after

Good news on Koscielny, Thought it was another typical injury during an int break. At least glass ankles isn't our concern anymore :)

    Any idea why he left?

Nobody seems to know. He left suddenly there earlier. It could have something to do with Arsenal finding out about him leaking squads and inside info?

    Any idea why he left?

And just also wondering if it could be due to him tweeting a few days ago that Wenger was definitely interested in buying a certain striker in January.
