Leading on from a recent thread on a section 42 permit for hunting deer out of season. How can you ethical shoot deer which are out of season on a section 42 permit.

In my humble opinion taking healthy trophy animals is not acceptable, surely it would be a far better way for a stalker to shoot old, young, sick, injured deer out of season on the section 42 permit and then leave the healthier animals for after the rut.

Of course if a farmer wants them shot then he wants them shot and whether there are deer on his land come the deer season is no good to you because you'll have shot them all on the section 42 during the summer any way.

What is the crrect way to go about properly managing deer on a section 42?

Oh and forget about commenting on the previous thread, its not up for discussion here.
