Cross trainers

Hello was thinking of buying a cross trainer from adverts are they any good I used to walk 7miles a day and got tennis elbow so can't really walk with the dogs as much??? Would love to hear the feedback think the one I've my eye on was bought in elverys sports!!! Thanks guys
