OK worst week ever!!! So time to ask for some advice, am I just unlucky or is my team muck

    Foster 0 (still to play)
    Baines 1
    Ivanovic 2
    Shawcross 1
    Bale 2
    Pienaar 2
    Hazard 2
    Michu 2
    Fletcher 1
    Tevez 2
    Ba 1

    Subs:
    Ruddy 7
    McCartney 5
    Clark 5
    Guthrie 0

Any advice would be welcome. Have already played my wildcard to get Bale, Baines and Ivanovic in.
    Thanks

I would think Baines and Ivanovic is too much to have invested in defense! Pick one and and use the money saved elsewhere! Once Mata is back from injury you could also swap Hazard for him and save nearly a million and could look at upgrading Fletcher then with the money you have saved! besides that i like your team!

Agree - Ivan to €4m and Fletch to Suarez (or else look to get RVP in somehow such as Haz - Sterling and Ba to RVP)

If you dont have RVP you should have 3 very strong strikers (Suarez, Tevez, Ba for example)

LOL, You have too many points sitting on your bench!
Get rid of Ivanovic and if I were you, I'd try getting Fletcher out in the coming gameweeks.

Hahaha, would love to see that happen! Reminds me of Tim Howard.

I'd strengthen your bench players, you'll need a good overall squad, especially come December. Also Giroud, he's rubbish

have not changed my team in weeks and really need to

    Jaas-Bego

    Bains McAuly Rafael Riise Clyne

    Pieenar Sterling Michu Nolan Hazard

    RVP Tevez Fletcher

    .2 in the bank

You could do what i did and take out Fletch for Lambert, then strengthen elsewhere with the spare £

Yea think fletchers time is up. But why does Lambert not play every game if he is captain?

Also is Mata a better shout than Hazard?

Mata has brought in the most points out of any fpl player in his recent games. Hazard hasn't done bad though all the same. Lallana is Southampton's captain, not Lambert. Lambert has started 8/10 games, he didn't start 2 of the away games (though scored in 1 as a sub). 3/4 next games are at home, so i wouldn't worry TOO much about that

I might want to get rid of Mata or Hazard for Fellani next week or get rid of Fletcher who is losing his spark in form, but I don't know who to replace him with. Maybe Tevez if I free up funds by getting rid of Mata/Hazard?

    Opinions?

You've a weak enough defense to be honest. Wisdom and Rafael will be under threat for places with the return of Johnson, Enrique, Smalling and Jones. I'd work on that first if I were you.

need to get rid of kacaniklic lads, have 5.2 so i'm 1 of sterling. who to get in? noble, maloney/mccarthy, leitherwood or sidwell. he will be a bench warmer for the most part anyway with an attacking line up of mata, cazorla, michu, pienaar, ba, rvp and tevez

think maloney might be my best bet

    What defenders would you suggest?

Any WBA defender will strengthen you. I'd also get some like Cuellar in as even though Sunderland have been poor, they have a lot of CS material over the next 5-6 GWs. Even doubling up on Stoke by introducing Cameron would be a decent move.

Rafael - > WBA frees up about 1m. Wisdom to Cameron/Cuellar is around the same value.

I'd say Rafael is a lock in that Utd team at the moment, puts in some good crosses as well like for the second goal yesterday, good value IMO.

Not sure what route to go down this week. Really need to upgrade the Pog but also wouldn't mind swapping out Cazorla.

Any thoughts on what my move should be?

Would appreciate some advice on this team.

    Screenshot2012-11-12at104638.png

Took a gamble on Rooney instead of RvP a few weeks ago and ever since RvP is cleaning up. It was mainly down to his price. Now I'm thinking I should just bite the bullet and get him back before he goes up tonight.

Ive only taken a -4 hit so far this season but the way the prices are fluctuating this season I think I have to take a -8 this week to do the following (one FT available):

RvP and Suarez in for Rooney and Aguero. It means I'll have to downgrade Cazorla to A.N other.

    Any advice?

Not liking the fact that Sterling is on my bench with a home game against Wigan but can't really see anyone worth dropping. Cazorla is on his last chance here, hopefully the Arsenal/Spurs game is another 4-4 thriller and he's in the mix.

I'm still pretty confident going into this week, although I said that last week and saw a few red arrows... REALLY need Fellaini to pick up another booking and have a quiet week!

Very similar to my team although I am very envious of your attack. That was my attack at the start of the season until I decided to try and be clever.

I've stuck with Cazorla far too long and that's the only change I'd be looking at making on your team. I think Spurs will keep Arsenal relatively quiet. Arsenal scored three and missed a penalty at the weekend and Cazorla still not making it into the score/assist category. Two of the goals on Saturday had him assist the assister. Painful!

Yeah he hasn't really returned what I'd expected but I'm happy to give him another chance against Spurs, can definitely see him scoring.

There's a chance he'll drop in value before the end of the week though. Debating a gamble to bring Silva in after this weekends games.

It depends on the Arsenal defence that shows up tbh. They have been very solid for the most part. They defended like trojans vs United but were lax vs City.

It's looking like Cazorla to Mata this weekend, with possibly Aguero to Berbatov too. That would free up money for Silva next week. I would rather him playing each week than wondering who starts for City each week.

Looking at this some more I really need to switch Pog, but would it be a better move to downgrade Cazorla and bring in someone like Tevez/Suarez up front next week or stick with Cazorla for now and just do something like Pog -> Ba?

Oscar at only 7.8 could be an option, took a few weeks to settle into the EPL but looks to have nailed down his starting place now and is looking pretty impressive.
