Anybody know anything about Dwayne Gratz? Don't know anything about him and Wreh-Wilson, Leon McFadden and even Honey Badger were still on the board at the time.

And then Eisen says "Packers have eh.. picked.. and the Niners have moved up".

If they stopped talking about guys who aren't getting picked and talked about who are, they might get somewhere. Really pathetic stuff tonight, I'm out.

Another Edge rusher for the 49ers. Scary.

So if your a QB that hasnt been selected the Jags have passed on you 3 times! They have Blaine Gabbert at QB!

I know Matt Barkley has the arm strength of a young toddler but when it gets to the third round and Gabbert and Henne are your only options you might as well roll the dice. The Jags are allergic to being relevant. Nassib is still there too. Third day lucky?

Did something happen to Matt Barkley that we are not aware of???? A potential franchise QB available in the 4th round. He must be cursing Palmer/Leinart/Sanchez!!

Love the Giants 2nd and 3rd round picks. Makes up for the questionable 1st rounder.

Geno & Chris Ivory to the Jets. Good job. Hope he gets start straight away. Won't be easy year 1 but long term great for the Jets.

Some serious talent still left. Okafor, Franklin & Khaseem Greene all could have been 2nd rounders.

They traded away for a bunch of lower round picks.

Yeah they traded down twice, think they now have another 4th, 5th and two 7ths.

Pats took Vikes to the cleaners...badly needed for us

The Patriots have traded the 29th overall pick to the in exchange for 2, 3, 4 and 7th.

Only that they didnt at all. The Vikes moved up 23 spots, it was more than fair. Spielman has killed this draft, just like last year

First with the niners and then with the Dolphins. Niners took Lemoiner and the Dolphins got Will Davis

Barkley's fall is hugely reminiscent of Jevon Snead a couple of years ago. He had a great sophomore year at Ole Miss and struggled in his junior year but for some reason he decided to declare from the draft. After his sophomore year he was pegged as a sure fire first rounder, and likely top ten pick, but he ended up undrafted

Very true. Many said he was daft for not declaring last year. Having said that he will probably make a roster and eventually start and he has the comfort that he finished school. All goes t1ts up he still has a degree from USC. I commend him for sticking on school but bit as far as making money in the pros he fooked up.

At this point I think a lot of teams know they can run the risk of letting the QB they want slide into the 3rd and 4th round. Especially after Manuel getting picked up so early and the Jets who no one expected to take a QB grabbing Smith and Glennon going to the Buccs who lets face it wasn't high up at all. Bargain Basement value at this point for anyone who wants a QB now. Low risk rewards.

Totally agree TO, Barkley may have cost himself a lot of money by not going early but he comes from a fairly well off family and now has a good degree from SC so even if football doesnt work out he still should fall on his feet. That being said I think that he will have matured a lot in his senior year by having so much adversity and he has all the skills needed to be a leading QB, except elite arm strength but it should be remembered that even after Brady had won a Superbowl people still thought that he lacked arm strength so it is still something that can be developed by Barkley. I think that whoever gets him will get a quality QB that could be a consistent performer in the league.

Having been fearful of the Eagles drafting EJ Manuel or Geno Smith I'm glad that we took much better players but I'd love us to pick up Barkley in the fourth or fifth round. I know that a lot of people would say that he doesnt have the speed or mobility to work in a Chip Kelly offence but his pocket awareness is very good and he is always moving his feet trying to get into position to make a play. They're the kind of attributes that Kelly needs in his QBs rather than 4.5 speed. Let him sit behind Vick for a year or two and learn how to play in Kelly's offence and then when Vick's contract is at a point where we can cut him without major penalty move onto Barkley. Very little risk to use a fourth or fifth on a player of his calibre

The Jags have drafted superbly well so far. All 3 players will start and dramatically improve the position. They also have the next pick and both QB's are still on the board, so tell me why they should have drafted one of those QB's that nobody else wants by now?

Even if they don't take a QB next (a pass rusher is a huge need still), who wants Barkley and Nassib enough for them both to go in the next round?

I really do want to Jags to take Barkley next, and if they do, would that not have been absolutely perfect?

Think coverage starts at 5 on NFL network.

Here we go, Jags on the clock.

Edit: Aaaaaand the Eagles trade up. Great, Jags needed to accumulate picks. Let's see what we get. Edit again: Just a 7th I think.

Makes no sense and every sense with Barkley at the Eagles. Least he goes somewhere with a coach who knows him well

Jags are a joke tbh. Why not take the QB that is probably already better than anything you have, at least he's not afraid of taking a hit.

Jags just drafted the (former) best return man in college football!

Because then they'll be wasting a pick on a guy who they'll simply be replacing next year. It would a be such a stupid decision for the Jags to take a QB.
