Ctrl + Click doesn't work on drop-down menu

I like to open multiple tabs and then read through them, I use ctrl + click to do so, I find that this cannot be done on the drop down forum list at the top of the page. Please implement this function, thanks.

Do you use Firefox? It's a bug in that, not on Boards: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=79443118

Alternative options: Middle-click works, as does right-clicking and selecting "Open link in new tab"

As per the linked post, I'm going to mark this bug as a won't fix. The problem really does lie with Firefox and we're not going to change our event handlers for the new skin to be even more complex because of Firefox - the other solutions (middle click, right click + open in a new tab) are the ones available until Mozilla resolve the issue.
