*Waits for applause to die down*

    *Ahem*

A chathaoirligh, a mholtóirí, a lucht éisteachta agus a dhaoine uaisle...  Tá fáilte róimh!  Is é an rún atá á phlé againn inniú ná - who is Eathrin?  I suppose the fact that I almost put Cian in the thread title instead of Eathrin tells us that most of us know this young Dubliner by his first name.  What does this tell us about him?  He's a friendly, likeable character.  He doesn't just emotionlessly reply to various posts on an internet forum, he works on a much more personal level than that.  We're all on first name terms with Eathrin, and he seems quite fond of those who post in the Leaving Cert off-topic threads which he has COMPLETELY AVOIDED ALL YEAR SO AS NOT TO DISRUPT HIS STRICT STUDY REGIME.

*Coughs*  Anyway, this fondness has led to interesting rumours with regard to Eathrin's interests and love life.  If the tags in certain threads are to be believed, Eathrin's hobbies include being a 'studying machine', getting 'da shift' and, eh, well, I'd rather not repeat some of the others in the interests of keeping things PG...  The love of his life also happens to frequent the Leaving Cert forum - a certain Coeurdepirate, as she calls herself he calls himself.  Not much is known about their relationship, but I'm sure Eathrin will be happy to answer any questions you may have on the matter!

Rumours surrounding Eathrin's personal life aside, this guy is a bit of a genius.  If you run out of questions to ask him, just throw him some maths problems, or ask him to recite some Irish poetry for you.  Alternatively, he may make you a lolcatz meme with the aid of the latest addition to his life - Kitten.  <3  (The kitten's name has not yet been made known to the general public, so I'm calling her Kitten for the moment.)

THIS playpen is a playpen like no other, because with this one you never actually know if Eathrin will ever answer all of your questions.  He is the ultimate procrastinator - some say he taught Hamlet himself how to procrastinate.  Others say he fingers his bum...

Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you - Eathrin!!

Okay I wanted to call the kitten Cortona, my brother's girlfriend had different ideas and came up with Mopsy, by far the worst name for a cat I've ever heard:(
Biggest achievement in your life so far?
I managed to ignore that part of my brain that tells you to work for an entire two years.
What's the easiest way to invert a 3x3 matrix without using a computer?
Here you go I wrote this, so it would be a waste of my time to do it again:)
Damn you Togepi, I don't want to answer maths questions.

Why didn't you call me last night? :'(
    Bums needed fingering
*knock knock* would you like to learn about Jesus?
Absolutely, and when you're finished speaking, allow me to ridicule you
Did you know how to play the Pokémon card game as a child?
If I recall correctly I did, but most other people didn't so I just went with it. I think you needed to use those elemental cards in conjunction with your attacks. Most people just used attack, regardless.
What age were you when you became a skanger?
My mum dressed me in scumbag hand-me-down trackies as a child. Thankfully once I could afford my own clothes, I no longer had to be that person.
Do you have anything that your parents saved that you made in art in primary school/playschool?
Few Christmas decorations for the tree.
I threw most of that junk out though a couple of weeks ago when I cleared out my room
If so, will you post them?
Sorry trek to the attic, the most recent thing I have in my room is a clay mug I keep foreign change in that I made in 1st year.
Do you believe in ghostses?? :O
    Not in the slightest
Is there anything that you think tastes like **** but you still eat/drink?
    Beer!
How many times have you urinated today?
    Once, you?
Since we didn't do anything during the leaving, did you use that free time productively to do fun stuff in?
Productive? Haha. I watched several TV shows in their entirety. Back in October I made myself an Iron Man chestpiece using LEDs, Resistors, a Battery, Block of Wood and a soldering Iron. It broke soon after. I will be making another for this hallow'een though.
Whenever you smell something really bad do you keep sniffing it every few seconds?
Yes, it intrigues me, next question.
What's the most embarrassing phase you've ever gone through?
Can't think of anything majorly embarrassing. Back in 1st year I was such an awkward child, most of my primary school friends had gone to different schools and I found it difficult to get on with people I didn't know!

Good afternoon Eathrin, some nice questions to start off your day, i'm gonna try and give you every question I can think of! :P
    Try me
    Your favourite colour?
Green, though I'm not going to paint my room green.
    Favourite Season?
    Summer I guess
    Favourite Word?
Menjay. As in; "Laters on the menjay" - Paul Rudd, I Love you Man
    Favourite Animal?
    Ewok
    Favourite Dinner?
    Lasagne's always a good 'un.
Though I'm beginning to really enjoy my beef burgers.
What was your favourite subject in School?
    Probably Physics.
Though I was really good at Maths, and Irish too, I didn't really like either class.
What do you want to study next year?
    Actuarial and Financial Studies,
Failing that, Maths and Irish as a joint honours degree.
What college do you want to attend?
I was leaning towards TCD as the CAO was closing but chose UCD as it offered the courses I wanted.
How many people are in your family?
    4. 5 if you include me, but I don't really count, I'm more of an online entity.
How many siblings do you have?
2 brothers, love 'em, hate 'em.
Your favourite place to go on holiday?
Anywhere, haven't been abroad for 3 years.
I would go to USA or Canada if I had a choice.
Are you going on holiday this year, if so, where?
Hopefully London for a few days at the end of the summer
    Favourite clothing brand?
    Hmm, I don't have a favourite, I like New Look's own brand, J&J, Diesel...
    Favourite clothing shop?
I like New Look, TK Maxx, H&M, Penneys, Dunnes...
    Favourite solo singer?
Don't shoot me. He's not my favourite but I've recently started listening to Michael Jackson. Never really did before.

I like Professor Green as a rapper.
Example has some good dance music.

Calvin Harris is by far my favourite though. Even though he stopped singing!
    Favourite band?
I think I've already answered this Republic of Loose.
I like Delorentos, Coronas and Two Door Cinema club also.
    Favourite month?
May, we always get such good weather.
    Apple or Microsoft?
Microsoft, but I'm no fanboy. Yes I have Windows, yes I have an Xbox(or 3) but I'm perfectly capable of criticising them for their weaknesses.

    However, Apple, are complete shoíte.
    Favourite Games console?
    Xbox 360.
The wii is good for an hour at a friends house, no debate there.
The Ps3 has pretty bad controllers and I think the xbox has better exclusive games, however, free online and blu-ray makes ps3 equally as competitive.
    Favourite alcoholic beverage?
Yet to find one, I only began drinking when I turned 18.
As far as beer goes, I'll take a Miller.
    Your favourite colour?
Even you should know that you already asked this
Do you have a Nintendo DS? :P
    I do, since 2005 I think.
What's the weather like where you live?
    Lovely this morning
    Ever been to Longford?
I'm not even sure I've passed through Longford.
What is there to go to in Longford?
Your favourite place in Dublin to hang out?
I like the city centre, Dun Laoghaire and Dundrum town centre.
But I like the field in my estate more.
    Favourite breakfast cereal?
    Oats 'n more,
    Fruit 'n Fibre,
    Strawberry Crisp,
    Country Store.
    Do you like eggs?
    Hate everything about them
What's your favourite type of egg? Boiled, scrambled, fried?
I think a fried egg is the least smelly
Have you ever been a vegetarian?
Maybe for 5 minutes when I was 6
    Your best memory of school?
Sad to say I can't think of one.
    Your best memory in general?
The fact that I remembered something from when I was two, I was pretty proud of.
Who in your family are you most closest to?
Maybe my Dad since my parents separated, I don't get on with the 3 I live with very well.
Have you ever met any boardsie in real life?
Not yet, but I'm relishing the prospect!
How addicted are you to boards
That would depend on the amount of work I have to procrastinate from.
Do you have any other addictions?
Dancing in my room, while brushing my teeth, making breakfast etc etc.
    What's your favourite chocolate bar?
    Lion Bars I like
    What's your favourite crisp type?
Can't go wrong with cheese and onion,
Or Pringles sour cream and onion.
    Do you like ice-cream?
    Love it
What's your favourite type of ice-cream?
    Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough
    Your favourite fast-food place?
    KFC
    Your favourite non-alcoholic beverage?
    7UP.
Is Sprite okay? "Yes" *Said begrudgingly

I do but not so much melted
Also I don't like a huge variety of cheeses
    What's your favourite cheese type?
    Cheddar or Parmesan
    Do you drink coffee?
Nope, maybe that's why I'm so tall.
What do you think of the current economic recession?
I don't like talking about it.
I'm ashamed to live in a country where these corrupt witless turds are in charge.
    Your favourite government party?
N/A I've lost faith in every single one.
Sinn Féin seem to want to be genuine help, but I don't really trust them.
Would you ever consider becoming a TD later in life? (92,000 salary p/a btw! :P)
I'd love to, but not for the salary, then again, I'd feel a bit helpless in government, it's about the majority not the one.
    Do you want kids?
Definitely, reproduction for me is the meaning of life.
When do you think you'll get married?
When I'm done having fun, probably early 30's.
Where do you want to see yourself 10 years from now?
Moving quickly into a high salary, not going crazy.
    Would you ever emigrate?
Yes should the opportunity arise, though I love my country too.
If you had to emigrate, where would you go?
    Somewhere in North America
    Do you have a dog?
I do not, but maybe a puppy should be in consideration
What is your Kitten's official name?
    Mopsy:(
What colour is your room (have you got around to your decorating :P)
It is now a sky blue, I want it to be a light brown and cream.
When's the last time you were out?
Friday evening, and a good evening was had.
How many people could you trust with your life?
None, not even my family. And that's sad.
What is the most important thing in life to you?
Finding someone to share your experiences with
    Money or happiness?
Both come hand in hand tbh.
    Though I'd always choose happiness
    Love or success?
That's a tough one, I'd have to pick major success.
    Hot or cold?
    Hot is always good.
Hot climates, hot food, hot women...
    Tea or coffee?
Neither thank you, have you a hot chocolate?
    Meat or chicken?
    Chicken is meat
    Red or blue?
As a Manchester Utd supporter I must say Red
    Glass half-full or half-empty?
Glass is full, half liquid, half air.
    Describe yourself in 3 words?
    Tall, intelligent, breathtaking.
A word that comes to your mind for no reason?
    Laser
    Enjoy! :P
    Perhaps you did

Do you live in a nice part of Dublin?
It's a nice address, could be better, but there are far scummier areas.
    What are your neighbours like?
Nice people, don't talk to them much.
Do your parents know what the vegetable collection in your room is for?
    I enthuse in personal health
    Do you have parents?
    No just Cosmo and Wanda
What was it like growing up in an orphanage?
The other kids made fun of me. They made up a completely false rumour something along the lines of me fingering my bum. They never let it go.
If you had found out you had magic powers like Tom Riddle when he was in an orphanage, what would you have done?
Spy in the women's changing rooms.
Would you use your powers for good or for evil?
I don't really get a buzz from bad deeds so good.
What's the first thing you would do if you were mayor of Dublin?
Mayor has shít all power. I would however sound all the scum to Leitrim.
Have you ever been to a rave?
Yeah I got stabbed a few times, 'twas a good night I remembered later that week.
What's the most uncomfortable situation you have been in in the last while?
Recently, standing in a girl's room on the bone while she looked at me, and at it, waiting awkwardly to go downstairs again. Sorry that happens when we do stuff.
    Do you like Family Guy?
Love Family Guy, American Dad too. Not a fan of the Cleveland show.
Will you be excited or nervous on your first morning of uni? Obviously you'll be a bit of both, but which one will you mainly be?
Good question, I'll be very excited about getting everything underway.
Nervous about the new people and possibly mucking something up on my first day.
    But more excited I'd say!
Or maybe if I go into arts I'll be all like:

    That's you David:pac:

    Batmobile
To be or not to be?
    I am
Do you believe in God?...or have any religious faith?

    Jack Wilshere

    Tommy Bowe

My Zune Hd and my keys.
How much credit do you have left?
    €17.55
What came first, the chicken or the egg?
    Egg
    Why is the sky blue?
I think it's because the nitrogen in the air has gaps similar to the wavelength of blue visible light, hence diffraction occurs and everything looks blue up there.
    Why is water wet?
Wet is just a word used to describe an effect of water.
What word do you secretly (or not) hate?
I hate it when people pronounce awkward as orkward.
    Celebrity crush?
I wish I had one, I was at a Keith Barry show and he said, imagine a celebrity in your mind, so I started thinking of a male musician I like, then he said, now imagine nailing that person really hard, I felt somehow hypothetically gay for that split second.
Favourite comedy movie? Actually name your 3 favs :)
    I love you, Man.
    MegaMind
    Role Models
Clean bed sheets or clean socks?
Clean socks, at least I can shower in the morning.

    Blue
Opinion on the 48 Go Conquer ish? Oh and those ad's for it?
Failed attempt at marketing a "cool" product.

The time is coming, I'm free of my LC shackles and beginning my new career as a full time playa.
How often do you cut your fingernails and toenails?
Whenever they're long, I suppose once a month?
I'll admit to occasional biting or ripping. :o
Do you find that it helps?
No everything is more difficult with shorter nails, for example, peeling stickers.
