I wash with head and shoulders every 2 or 3 days. How often do you wash your hair?

I do it every second day. I remember being told its bad for your scalp to do it every day.

I try not to wash it every day. I use dry shampoo in between to get longer out of it.

When I sweat during exercise I try to use my fingers in the shower to wet the roots but keep the hair dry. Probably sounds a bit gross but if I really sweated then I'd wash!! It's just that my ends are dryish so washing everyday isn't good.

i find the rabbits skin dries out if you do it to often. once every six months is enough

Everyday since I was 12 sometimes twice if going out , always been complimented in condition of my hair.

Doesn't ruin hair, its dead matter !!

Every second day - if I leave it till day 3 my scalp gets unbelievably greasy and uncomfortably itchy - even the inside of my ears get itchy. Horrible
