Has there been a reduction in signal in Dublin:confused:. Been away a few weeks and now no Saorview reception. Used to be able to pick it up on a paperclip* for the past 2 years and now not even a flicker of signal strength on a decent UHF aerial on ch 54 / 738MHz or any other.
Analog TV3 seems to be almost gone too.
    (* wideband paperclip)
RTÉ 3rock moved a few weeks back to CH30 546Mhz

The information about the frequency change at Three-Rock was never posted on the Saorview website, the only information posted was the about the epg LCN change that occured on the same day (news report since removed).

lawhec first posted the information here on Jun 28th, less than 2 weeks before the frequency change, having seen the information on the coverage checker. Thread here from the following day about a mailshot from Saorview to the trade. Information on the retune appeared on Aertel 169 less than a week before the frequency change.

We were never informed why the the frequency change happened so fast and with so little notice.
