I was paying €400 a year, so even that's a pretty massive jump.

I know €400 is crazy cheap, but for any existing members it's a terrible deal. It was a lot of people's 2nd club too, which won't continue.

Few shots from Ring Of Kerry. Played it in July. Really cracking setting. Its a bit rough round the edges but with a little investment could be really good.

Its a good walk though, carried the bag and my legs knew all about it the next day. One of the lads had a Garmin watch and said there was about 450m in altitude between Highest and Lowest points

One of the lads at work has a house overlooking the course and was a member there. We’re heading down for a few days to play it and any of the surrounding courses we can get out on. Looking forward to it after seeing more pics.

Yea, €400 is definitely cheap - and does fulfil that '2nd club' allure. It's a big hike for members especially those who don't worry too much about course condition.

The €2,200 pitch for three years is a smart move though as members will get to see how the course improves with the increased investment over that time period.

Reminds me of this from Strandhill last September.
