any Kettlebell classes d6 area?

    hey folks...need to shift about 24 pounds and am thinking of taking up kettlebell classes- does anyone know if their are classes in D6 AREA?

    anyone got any kettlebells they would like to get rid of then PM me :)

    MrBinbetweener; Try the guys at the Gym Rathgar, on the Orewell road. Seriously top notch gym, the best I have ever been a member of anyway.

    Think they do Kettle/bell bootcamp on Tue and Thur every week.
