Hi Folks,

I know I'm insulting the general intelligence here, but I'm just an ordinary internet user etc. I have Norton anti virus and the free version of Advance System Care. Recently I have noticed that laptop is slow to start and once connected to Internet; the previous page tends to flash before new page appears. Why is that? Also, are the forementioned anti virus programmes really any good? My subscription with Norton up in a month or so and I won't renew it if it isn't doing the job.Any advice would be great.
