    That's exactly what it is. There's a youtube vid there somewhere. Nothing terribly scary I think just a tight entrance. You can see the rest of the kit on the ground.

    According to comments it's just a small 'entrance' close to the main big entrance. ie just guys having a laugh.

    There was a similar one in the news a few days ago when a little girl had a load of maggots in her gums. Barf!!

    I think what that dude had was nasopharyngeal myiasis. Seemingly in some cases that can be fatal! Here's an case of it happening to a woman in Nepal; more than 150 maggots removed. Oh and here's how they did it:
    In our case, we removed more than 150 maggots from nose and nasopharynx. The patient was managed by irrigating the nasal cavity with turpentine and removing the maggots by suction and forceps.

    Sweet baby jesus!!! The cure sounds almost as bad!
