You'll get refunded if theres a goal scored and hes still sidelined but if Torres comes on at 0-0 they'll take the money off you

All the bookies have a webchat and phone customer service option. If you think they are in the wrong, call them up (the webchat option is decent too) and question them.

It's unlikely you will get money back, but it cannot hurt - and at least you will know their terms & conditions for future bets.

Good goal by Xabi but feel hard done by not to have won a few quid after that half. Not many chances bar the slack defending for the goal
