I don't know what all the fuss is about I mean it's raining pretty persistently yes, it's windy yes, but it's hardly "baton down the hatches and board up the windows"

Honestly, the Irish ... what a tempest in a teapot

It's raining on the East Coast again?

OMG EVERYBODY STOP EVERYTHING!!! THEIR TRACKSUITS ARE GETTING WET!!!

People made jokes like that the last time there was a Storm on the East Coast.

Except there was so much rain a woman drowned in her apartment. It wasn't so funny then.

[Edit: and a Garda drowned too]

Just in from lunch in DCU, very windy, moderate rain. Nothing to write home about as of now.

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

I live on a boat in Balbriggan harbour. The waves are coming over the wall by the barrel-load. Dash to the car in between waves ... didn't quite make it !

You do realise Dublin is the most important part of Ireland don't you? It's the capital, it's where everything important happens and it's the only place in the country other countries care about. Hope this helps.
