Does anyone have much knowledge in playing fps games using both? Considering our pings aren't as great as some countries would the 12hz monitor even be a help in getting your shot off?

No probs, the offers still there if you're stuck.
I'm loving the SA950's,m they're amazing for games the best 120hz is proper, and they're not bad for excel/word/project stuff too. The text size is fine after a bit of tweaking, not at all blocky. Find gantt charts etc. are much handier to work with with all the screen space. Posted a few pics on the 'your main PC ' thread here.

Great review of the S23A700D here on we crave games btw. Found the SA950 one brilliant, as it has the monitor settings when calibrated.
