Basically, they're trying to get the idea that Lara was a young posh loaded girl who went through a helluva lot to become the woman she became back in TR1 days. And i would dare any woman to go through exactly what she is going through in that video without grunting and screaming and moaning as much.

I'm loving the fact that they're making it more real. We need more gritty games.

That clip is heavily influenced by "The Descent" where lots of fit women do a lot of writhing and grunting and screaming in dark caves while being pursued by nasties.
