looking to set up a gun club in wicklow town area

    hi folks, im looking into forming a gun club in the wicklow town area, there has not bein an active club here for a number of years here, so im hoping to get one back up, just looking to see about numbers at the momemt, so if anybody is interested please let me know so we can get the ball rolling,

    Other than numbers interested there are a lot of steps required to set up a club. There are two threads that outline in good detail what is involved so while waiting on numbers, etc perhaps read through the two of them and familiarise yourself with whats needed.

    was in a club myself for years even i was the chairman and i was wondering what was the idea in getting the club going there as i found out many lads dont want to particapate in any of the activity in the club maybe im wrong there here lads

    Andrew and myself are having a meeting in the next few weeks with a couple of locals who are interested in joining.

    The club will be set up for next season as we could not get great numbers to go ahead with it this season, anyone interested in joining contact myself as Andrew is very rarely online. We have contacted the NARGC about this and have all the information about setting the club up.

    sorry folks i havent had a chance to get on boards for a while due to work, have a small number of names for the club, meeting a few landowners in the next week or so to confirm permissions, hope to have a meeting as soon as that is sorted, i will stick all the info up as soon as its finalised, and i will pm everyone who wrote to me, all advice is welcomed :) we are looking for enthusiastic members who are willing to put in the work when needed

    dont think il be going ahead with the club, was hoping for a bit more local interest
