Ship Captain (or similar) needed in Waterford

    Hi,

    I am looking for a ships captain to officiate a wedding cermoney in Waterford.

    It is 15-20 mins work. I have the script all ready to go, So you just need suit & confidence to public speak.

    It is in April. Please pm me if you can help.

    It would make her day :)

    Why?
    And do you have someone there who can officially legally marry someone i.e a Registrar or a priest since Im sure you are aware a ships Captain is not legally empowered to marry people..
