While I think this is a much improved Scottish team I think France are far far too strong for them. Sa-ndre is bringing a far more structured approach to the game and I think that is a good thing.

I think it'll be a comfortable win for France.

I'd like to see Scotland go with Duncan Weir at some point. Maybe against Italy.

I can't see Laidlaw as a long term option, he's a scrum half let him play there. Coaches seem to be following this Lievremont trend after the Parra thing (which was stupid imo).

France defended that succession of phases pretty easily.

Great break from Blair, clever play. Good tackle and counter-rucking by the French though.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

Good reaction by Blair but Dusautoir mullers the Scottish prop.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

    Great steal by Rennie.

Holy shizz, that was blistering from Fofana....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

What a line by Fofana but that try was down to Laidlaw getting bulldozed in the buildup.

I was about to write that Denton looks like the next Lions 8. But why the hell did he not tackle Fofana that time?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,889 ✭✭✭tolosenc
