-7.1 in Nass although I have noticed that station always reads very cold,

I reading 3.7 with a feels like of 0.5 , Dp -4.5

Il have to move my station as it is beside a shed but above it , and sun rises behind it and its in full view/blast of the sun for the day , as soon as a little bit of cloud rolled in , temps dropped from 5.1

Mine is in full sunlight (it runs on solar power)...doesn't seem to give any different readings from my old screen thermometer.

On a mac its : cmd(apple) shift and 4 and pull to the size you want to take ,

Its saves as a jpeg

On windows Its the print screen button, open up microsoft paint , hit paste in file and save the file as an image.
