The United Striders 5 mile Stride takes place on the 28th of July this year....
Thats a Saturday evening, this is a superb event that runners of all abilities should consider....
It had been the aim of the organisers from yhe start to put on an event that not only caters for all but also ticks all the boxes for your regular racer...
Decent course,properly timed,good parking,well marshalled,proper goodie bag,decent tech top and most importantly great refreshments I.e. barbecue with all you can eat, no mean fisted rags or wrist bands.... sign up for €15 yes that's all, get a super race and get well fed from people who just want to put on a class event...
