[mod note] So far we're ok, but it's not a bad time to remind people that the site wide policy is no medical advice. So if you've a problem, go see a GP rather than some randomer on the net ;)

Good list their grapeape - must remember to add a finger splint.

Finished stuffing a few extras in my Lidl Personal First Aid Kit and put it in my everyday pack rather than leaving it on the "long finger shelf" next to my work bench .

In the end I just took a few extras from an Aldi Car Kit and added them to my Lidl PFAK and the list goes like this....

std bits already in the Lidl kit
    x2 Plaster Strip 60mm wide 100mm long
    x4 Plaster small 70mm x 20mm

    x1 2 vinyl gloves (a pair)
    x2 Fixative bandage 6cm x 4m (DIN 61635-FB 6, 4m)
    x1 Compressive bandage 8cm x 10cm (DIN 13151-M)
    x1 Adhesive strip 1.25cm x 5m (DIN 13019 -A)
    x1 Compress pack containing 2 10cm x 10Cm sterile wound dressing.
x2 Safety pins (each approx 50mm long)
x1 Scissors small with plastic handles 90mm long approx 30mm cutting edge
    x3 Alcohol wipes 19cm x 12cm
    added from Aldi Car Kit....
    x1 First Aid Dressing DIN 13152 BR, 40 x 60cm (Burn Dressing)
    x1 Trianguar Bandages DIN 13168-D
    x1 Emergency blanket 160 x 210 cm

    x1 Wound compress 1 x 2 pieces 10 x 10 cm same as Compress pack containing 2 10cm x 10cm sterile wound dressing already in the kit
    general extras
    x5 small plasters
    x2 larger plasters
and because I had some room left
x2 Mini tubes of super glue - not medical use.

Repacked I could still fix in a few extra items, this is now in my dog walking everyday rucsack.

I still have 3 more of the Lidl PFAKs which I will (really really) get around to personalising for 3 individual bobs (3 days of perscription meds for specific individuals).

acquired a rebreathermask to add to the fak.

and starting to stock up on over the counter remedies as these could get expensive if the euro pops or might be all we have in and eotw situation.

Just put together a small kit for hiking/hunting/fishing

Fits in nicely into a waterproof Cordura Vaude shoulder bag can also be attached to belt. Weighs in at 800g

    Kit includes:

    Antiseptic with local anaesthetic
    Sewing kit and safety pins
    Small torch LED lenser P4
    Sharpie pen
    Tweezers
    Paracetamol 500mg
    Ibuprofen 200mg
    Sudocream
    Tincture of Iodine
    Decent Scissors
    Foil emergency blanket
    Surgical gloves x 2
Extra large amublance dressings x 2
    Triangular bandage
Extra Large medipore dressing x 2
    Burnshield x 2
    Suture strips x 2
    Puri tabs
    Wound dressing
    Gauze
    Compression bandage
    Assorted plasters and wipes

Not pictured, Imodium, Petroleum jelly and Motillium

Thinking about adding some celox sachets but not too sure yet.

This isn't an extensive/exhaustive kit, just something thats portable and can grab in a hurry when heading out the door.
