I've a student in a class I teach here in Madrid called Mercedes...her name is Mercedes Colorado....was that much away from telling her she sounded like a pornstar but didn't think it'd go down to well...she's a civil servant in the tax office.

Girl's name I like....Lola and Naoise and for fella's Taidhg or Alfonso.

    Alex - love that name!

Strangest one Ive heard this year was a girl in work calling her newborn "Maksimilian"

But Im really sick of Jack and Eva/Ava - not original Im afraid.

If I ever have a boy I want to call him "Ned"

And "Isabela" if I had a girl.
